may I ask what other five external Islands?
DUDE!!! Have YOU been reading the Nexus forum at all? The 5 islands are major government buildings guarded by the large guard towers on the end of each district...the towers control the underwater tunnels to the other islands...right now we have 4 ideas and i think 3 have been taken already...

Jack is doing the Mines, I am doing the library, and keylek said he would do the prison tower....
Religious Shrine is now the 5th Island everyone! This means that there will be no Guard tower on this one, just a religious tower where the priests guard the shrine/temple...attached to the religious district where they sell riual materials, pious people (middle class only though) majority of the poor...priests that kind of thing...
We could have a prison and mine rolled into one.
The prisoners are used as a slave labor work force to extract the metal from the ground. This work is so hard and dangerous that people avoid the prison mine at all costs.
yeah, but then that leaves us with aother island to fill...i think its ok this way for now. they are all different enough to be individual i think.

i am doing the prision island i think, but i have some questions i need to know before i make it
0ne]can i use oblivion parts like cages and torture things to make it evil like?
two] do i have to make the prision ice like or can it just be stone like that of a fort?
three] shall there be a mine bit to it then and shall i try and make some slaves or shall i leave that to someone else because i am not good with npc's yet.
four]what kind of weather should be on the island and how big esactly should it be.
five] should i make it so it is a prision when you walk in straight away or shall i add some things like a court yard and a guards barracks when you enter the place
six] what type of arcatecture can i use like ayleid or skindrad or ect...
